概述
The King’s College is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination based upon sex, 包括不当性行为和性侵犯. The College provides support and resources to students, 教师, and staff to address concerns related to sexual misconduct and assault.

Every report of sexual misconduct or assault will be investigated by the College’s 第九条 Coordinators, pending permission from the reporting individual: Megan Lassiter: 646-930-0681, mlassiter@hnncyw.com; Leticia Mosqueda (Deputy): 212-659-7292, lmosqueda@hnncyw.com.

- Make a report to local law enforcement and/or state police

- Make a decision about whether or not to disclose a crime or violation and participate in the judicial process and/or 刑事司法 process free from pressure by the College

- Describe the incident to as few institution representatives as practicable and not be required to unnecessarily repeat a description of the incident

- Access to at least one level of appeal of a determination

第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“第九条”) prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded education program or activity. Sexual harassment, which includes sexual violence, is a form of sex discrimination.
